BIM Implementation

EIR (Employer Information Requirement) is a document that describes your requirements for a project company to create a BIM model of the project, including full requirements for detailing the model. It is essentially a technical task for BIM design, which we develop, and you approve.

The main goal of EIR is to describe the requirements for information and its management in a specific project. This document reflects what you want to get: what information, in what format, and at what stages.

CDE (Common Data Environment) is a data storage space that can be implemented as a server in the office or cloud storage. This place is intended for storing information about your project, such as family libraries and file templates. Access to the CDE is available to all design and construction participants, as well as, by agreement, other design companies, customer service, contracting organizations, and other interested parties.

BEP (BIM Execution Plan) is a document that describes the plan for implementing a BIM project. It is an instruction for the designer, in which the rules for the design process should be defined, including the structure and names of folders and files, which allows avoiding chaos and ensuring the correct extraction of data from the project.
In addition, the BEP defines the rules for checking the submitted project using checklists. This document is an important guide for the designer as they work on the project, helping to ensure consistency and consistency throughout the project.”

In the course of training, we will explain in detail to responsible persons how to read and use all the developed documents correctly, as well as discuss the methods that we plan to apply when organizing and carrying out work.
