Construction

The use of BIM at the construction stage makes it possible to more effectively control the quality of work performed, compliance with the work schedule, reduce the number of errors in the production of construction work and speed up the construction process, simulate construction processes, calculate logistics and routing at the construction site and quickly adjust the project using a BIM model .

Services

Setting up a shared information space

To ensure prompt information sharing and interaction among project participants, we create a working information space that will be accessible to all individuals and organizations involved in your construction process. To achieve this goal, we use understandable and proven information products that have demonstrated their worth in the industry.

Result: Conveniently customized system for interaction among process participants

VDC Supervision

During the construction phase, the following tasks are performed:

  • we carry out technical expertise and verification of as-built documentation, issue logs of deviations from project documentation, norms and rules.
  • we develop a construction organization plan, design and operational documentation.
  • we provide 4D support for construction and installation works, logistics and commissioning.
  • we issue logs of deviations from directive construction schedules with color indication of critical deviations.

Our team

  • provides access to high-tech methods of architectural supervision.
  • allows you to quickly provide accurate data and explanations on the project, which contributes to more efficient management of the construction process.
  • provides the ability to quickly change the interactive construction plan, which allows you to quickly respond to changes in the construction process and minimize the risk of delays and problems.

Preparation of final executive documentation

The process of preparing the executive information model includes several stages.

1. Verification of the completeness of information about the materials and equipment used in the project - includes verification of compliance with established requirements and the availability of quality certificates, catalogs and technical data sheets.
2. Filling the information model with technical documentation, URL links to quality certificates, catalogs and technical data sheets - ensures the availability of relevant documentation for the customer and other interested parties.
3. Scanned documents that accompanied the construction process, such as acts of covert and acceptance work, as well as warranty obligations, are loaded into the model - this allows you to save the complete project documentation in one place and facilitates its accessibility and analysis.
4. Check for compliance and quality - after loading all documents into the model, a check is made for compliance with the established requirements and the quality of the executive information model. In case of identified inconsistencies or errors, they are corrected to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information.

After completion of all checks and corrections, the qualitatively executed executive documentation of As-Made Object is transferred to the customer. This documentation contains all the necessary data on materials, equipment, acceptance certificates and warranty obligations, and can be used by the customer for the operation and maintenance of the facility.
