Renovation

When renovating a building, a BIM model is used to accurately assess the scope of repair activities, as well as the costs of their implementation. This allows us to avoid unexpected problems and cost overruns in the process of completing tasks. After the completion of the repair work, we update the information model, which ensures the relevance of data on the state of the object.

Services

Creating an actual information model of the object

The creation of an actual information model of the object begins with an analysis of the available technical documentation. This means studying all existing drawings, plans, and specifications for a full understanding of the current state of the object. This step is critically important to ensure the accuracy of the subsequent model.

After examining the technical documentation, the next step is to perform laser scanning or photogrammetry of the object. This allows us to obtain precise measurements and geometry of the object, which cannot be achieved based solely on documentation analysis.

Then the collected data is transformed into an information model. This is the process of translating the gathered data into a digital form that can be easily interpreted and used for subsequent analysis and planning.

Creating a demolition work model

Creating a demolition work model starts with defining the volume of demolition works. Based on the obtained information model, all structures that need to be dismantled are analyzed and the total volume of work is determined.

Then a demolition schedule is developed. This plan takes into account all factors such as availability of labor resources, equipment, safety requirements, and other constraints, to ensure efficient and safe execution of demolition works.

Finally, based on the volume and work plan, an estimated cost of demolition is developed. This allows for a preliminary assessment of the cost of work and project budget planning.
