Design

At Draftec, we go the extra mile in the BIM design phase, creating a detailed 3D model of your building. Our team of specialists implements all architectural, structural and engineering elements, providing detailed information on materials, features and technical parameters. We offer the opportunity to visualize the project in three dimensions, which facilitates the coordination and approval of the adopted design decisions, as well as the preliminary assessment of costs and construction time.

Transformation of 2D project into an information model

If you have paper drawings or 2D drawings in cad, dwg, pdf or tiff formats, the first step should be to convert them into an informational 3D model. In the process of working on the project, upon detection / identification of existing errors, we will highlight conflicts for review and correction, and finalize the project without conflicts that can lead to additional costs during construction.

Result: Result: Ready information model of the "Design" stage

Expert assessment of the information model

In case of doubts about the reliability and correctness of the information model provided by the customer, our team can make an expert adjustment. Our methodologies allow, without a global “redesign”, to identify the shortcomings of the existing information model and issue a full-fledged report with justifications for the shortcomings presented.

Cycle:

  • information model evaluation
    • verification of existing engineering, design and other solutions for compliance with territorial regulations
    • checking the quality and reliability of information within the model
    • checking the model against the agreed BIM requirements
    • development of a structured report according to a proven assessment methodology
  • updating the information model
    • making consistent changes to the information model

A construction schedule is a detailed timeline

The construction schedule is a detailed schedule that includes the division of work into phases, resource assessment, timing and creation of a project schedule. Developing a plan allows you to more effectively manage the project, anticipate possible delays and control the budget. It also allows contractors to be accountable to customers and provide up-to-date information on the progress of work. The schedule is an adaptive project management tool that can be adjusted during the construction process in case of changes or unforeseen events. This document is important for the successful implementation of a construction project and reducing the risks of exceeding deadlines and budget.

Result: An interactive work map

Developing estimate documentation

Quantity Take-Offs is a process that includes the detailed measurement of materials and labor required to complete a construction project. Our experts do this during the pre-construction phase, defragmenting the project into smaller, manageable units to make them easier to measure and evaluate. As a result of this process, more accurate and detailed information on the necessary resources for the implementation of the project is obtained, including well-developed models for sending to manufacturers of process equipment, which ultimately reduces the installation time.

Result: A set of documents that includes complete information about the costs necessary to perform the work, and provides the ability to make an informed decision about the feasibility and advisability of starting a project.
